Our journey to protect and prevent
App View Safety was founded by Howie White, a safety and behavioral intervention professional with over 20 years of experience helping organizations prevent crises before they occur. Our mission is simple: Protect people. Prevent violence. Build safer organizations.
After working in behavioral health, education, crisis intervention, drug and alcohol treatment, juvenile justice, and workplace safety, Howie recognized that many organizations were reacting to incidents instead of preventing them. App View Safety was created to change that.
We specialize in workplace violence prevention, mental health awareness, crisis intervention, threat assessment, de-escalation training, emergency preparedness, and facility safety assessments. Our training is practical, engaging, and designed for businesses, schools, healthcare facilities, government agencies, manufacturers, and first responders. Howie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s Degree in Home.
